All PPB homeowners were recently mailed a ballot asking them to amend the CC&R's so that the H.O.A. and the management company will have a lot more power over the homeowner.  I am opening up this forum to discuss this power shift in the hope that homeowners have a deeper understanding before they vote. All PPB homeowners are invited to read, share, and post their thoughts on this forum.
